Return Policy and Legal Warranty against Hidden Defects

Returns policy: your rights and conditions

We offer a 30-day returns policy. You have 30 days after receiving your Alarm Kit to request a return.

Pour être éligible à un retour, l’article doit répondre aux critères suivants :

  • Être dans le même état que celui dans lequel vous l’avez reçu, non porté ou non utilisé, avec les étiquettes intactes.
  • Être dans son emballage d’origine.
  • Être accompagné du justificatif d’achat (numéro de commande ou reçu).

To initiate a returns procedure, please contact us at the following address: hey (@) alarm-kit.com. Si votre retour est accepté, nous vous fournirons une étiquette de retour prépayée et des instructions détaillées sur l’envoi de votre colis. Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged items or problems with the order

Nous vous invitons à inspecter votre commande dès sa réception. Si l’article est défectueux, endommagé ou si vous avez reçu un article incorrect, contactez-nous immédiatement pour que nous puissions évaluer le problème et trouver une solution adaptée.

Exceptions: non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including :

  • SIM cards (M2M SIM and SIM for alarms without subscription) that have been activated and whose initial 10-year period has been reduced.
  • Customised products (special orders, made-to-measure items registered by the user, customised stickers or safety signs).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

If you have any specific questions about your item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that promotional items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Pour échanger un article, la méthode la plus rapide est de retourner l’article initial (après acceptation de votre demande de retour) et de passer une nouvelle commande pour le produit souhaité.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you if the refund has been approved. If the return is compliant and approved, the refund will be processed automatically, within 48 hours, via your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Legal guarantee against hidden defects

In application of European legislation, our products benefit from a two-year legal guarantee against hidden manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers any defect that renders the product unfit for use or significantly reduces its value.
