In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

To make a return, please contact us at hey (@) alarm-kit,com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as SIM cards (M2M SIM and SIM for alarm with no monthly fee), customized products (such as special orders or customized items and alarm registered by the end user online), and customized stickers and safety signs. We also do not accept returns of hazardous products, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
