Return Policy and Legal Warranty against Hidden Defects
We are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience while complying with European legislation on the legal guarantee against hidden manufacturing defects, valid for two years. Here are the applicable return and refund procedures:
Returns policy: your rights and conditions
We offer a 30-day returns policy. You have 30 days after receiving your Alarm Kit to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags intact.
- In its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
To initiate a returns procedure, please contact us at the following address: hey (@) alarm-kit.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label and detailed instructions on how to send your parcel. Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged items or problems with the order
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and find a suitable solution.
Exceptions: non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including :
- SIM cards (M2M SIM and SIM for alarms without subscription) that have been activated and whose initial 10-year period has been reduced.
- Customised products (special orders, made-to-measure items registered by the user, customised stickers or safety signs).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
If you have any specific questions about your item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that promotional items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item (once your returns request has been accepted) and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you if the refund has been approved. If the return is compliant and approved, the refund will be processed automatically, within 48 hours, via your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
Legal guarantee against hidden defects
In application of European legislation, our products benefit from a two-year legal guarantee against hidden manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers any defect that renders the product unfit for use or significantly reduces its value.
