Return Policy and Legal Warranty against Hidden Defects

We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience while complying with European legislation regarding the legal warranty against hidden manufacturing defects, valid for two years. Here are the applicable return and refund procedures:

Return policy: your rights and conditions

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receipt of your Alarm Kit to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To initiate a returns procedure, please contact us at the following address: hey (@) alarm-kit.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged items or problems with the order

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and find a suitable solution.

Exceptions: non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • SIM cards (SIM M2M and SIM for alarms without subscription) that have been activated and for which the initial 10-year period has been reduced.
  • Customized products (special orders, user-registered bespoke items, personalized stickers or safety signs).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

If you have any specific questions about your item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that promotional items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item (after your return request has been accepted) and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If the return is compliant and approved, the refund will be processed automatically, within 48 hours, via your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary by bank or credit card issuer.

Legal warranty against hidden defects

In application of European legislation, our products benefit from a two-year legal warranty against hidden manufacturing defects. This warranty covers any defect that renders the product unfit for use or significantly reduces its value.
